Are there any good websites you guys know of where i can watch popular anime with japanese audio and matching subtitles? A subreddit for discovering the people, language, and culture of japan. I put together what i believe is a comprehensive list of all of the free online resources to learn japanese, including video, audio, apps, courses, dictionaries, websites, textbooks.
I have been collecting not very long compiling a list of links and nowhere to really dump them.
My husband is japanese (his mum is japanese and his dad is australian), and we are having a baby girl. According to ethnologue, japanese is the 9th largest language in the world by number of speakers. Japanese is the national language of japan and its people. She probably won’t look very japanese but we are looking at names options.
